Who is winning in Florida Today November 8 2016





Voting is underway today in the great state of Florida in the presidential election 2016 in one of the most important contests in recent history.

Florida, as always, is at the very center of attention, being such an important swing state, with 29 electoral college votes available here.

The polls close at 7pm eastern and soon after, the first results are expected to come in, as soon as a winner can be declared and the tendency is irreversible we will publish it here.

Many people in the United States have already gone to the polls in early voting, photos emerged this week of long lines of people waiting to cast their ballot.

We wont know the results until counting begins on November 8, which is the official day of the election and when most people will go to cast their ballots.

The results will come in throughout the night, state by state, generally the results on the eastern coast will be known first and California and other states later on in the night.

On the eve of the presidential elections in the United States, polling continues to show a right race in prospect.

There is no doubt that polls have been incredibly volatile in the days and weeks leading up to this key political event. However, Hillary Clinton has been leading in most of them during the majority of this electoral campaign.

Trump seems to have cut the distance within the last few days and weeks however, sending shock through world stock markets.

Donald Trump leading in Polls November 2016 ?





It would appear the Republican nominee Donald Trump has cut his deficit with Hillary Clinton by a substantial margin in the last few days, according to new surveys.

A tracking poll conducted by ABC News/Washington show that Trump is now within just one point of the Ex First Lady and Secretary of State by 46-45%.

Another poll conducted by Upshot/Siena shows Donald Trump leading in Florida by 4 points, 46-42%, the survey undertaken between October 25-27 of 815 likely voters, is good news for the businessman, following a very bad week for Hillary clinton, in which the FBI anounced that new emails had emerged in the investigation about her use of a private server.

There is high tension in the United States as we await Tuesday November 8, day in which voting in the Presidential Election 2016 takes place.

The race has thus far been very unpredicable, with scandals and revelations coming out throughout the campaign.

The polls have shown that the democrat candidate Hillary Clinton has had a significant advantage throughout the presidential campaign, however, in the last few days different polls have shown the gap closing rapidly and they are now pretty much tied at the national level.

New surveys that have come out in the last few days show that Donald Trump has cut the advantage of Hillary Clinton.

If we look at the average of RealClearPolitics, we can see that some commentators are now considering seriously the possibility of a Trump victory.

Hillary Clinton   47.2%
Donald Trump   45.5%

As you can see, Hillary Clinton still leads in the race to the white house, however, just a few weeks ago this same average showed her with an advantage of 6.8%, now down to 1.7%, so the trend is clear.

The former First Lady and Secretary of State had a disasterous final week of October, with the news that Obamacare premiums would increase 25% in 2017 and the news that the FBI was again investigating emails that may be linked to the democrat candidate.

World stock markets have reacted with shock to the new presidential election polls which shows Donald Trump drawing level with Hillary Clinton in national polls, and even ahead in some.

The latest surveys, including one from ABC/Washington Post show that Trump has significantly reduced the distance between himself and Clinton within the last few days, some polls even show him ahead.
