Super Moon Time November 14 2016 USA

This November 14, we will have to opportunity to observe a very interesting astronomical event.

The "supermoon" occurs when a full moon coincides with the closest point between the earth and our natural satellite, making it appear bigger and brighter than usual.

Although this is quite a common phenomena (in fact there will be 3 such events in 2016, one already occurred in October and one more to come on December 13), what sets the one on November 14 apart is that it will be the brightest since 1948.

It can be viewed best in places where the horizon is visible and in an area with low light pollution and using binoculars.

At what time Results Presidential Election November 8 2016

Many people in the United States have already gone to the polls in early voting, photos emerged this week of long lines of people waiting to cast their ballot.

We wont know the results until counting begins on November 8, which is the official day of the election and when most people will go to cast their ballots.

The results will come in throughout the night, state by state, generally the results on the eastern coast will be known first and California and other states later on in the night.

The second presidential debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton takes place on Sunday October 9 at Washington University in St Louis. 

To say that the presidential debates have been one of the most anticipated moments of this election campaign would be a massive understatement, the first event which took place at Hofstra University in New York attracted a combined audience of 100 million people. 

In a poll following the debate which took place on September 26, 62% of respondents claimed that they believe that Hillary Clinton beat the real estate mogul in their first face face of this election. 

What time Does Hurricane Matthew Arrive in Florida ? October 6 2016

Hurricane Matthew after producing a trail of destruction in the Carribean, with Haiti, the Dominican Republic and Cuba all strongest effected, the Storm, which has been fluctuating between Category 3 and 4 within the last few days in currently battering the Bahamas and is expected to arrive on the Florida Coast later tonight.

Photos emerging from Cuba show houses and streets reduced to ruins as distressed residents review the deadly results of the most dangerous storm to strike the region in years.

Anyone living in low lying coastal areas of Florida, Georgia and South Carolina has been urged to evacuate as the storm could intensify to category 4, which  represents a high risk to life and property. Follow the instructions of authorities.

The first presidential debate takes place on September 26 and will be televised on many networks and even facebook.

Hillary Clinton is reported to be meticulously preparing for the first event, practicing with 2 different types of Trump, one more measured and composed and the other more erratic and boisterous. Trump meanwhile has reportedly been taking a more cavalier approach apparently engaging in very little preparation in order to sound more unscripted and authentic.

The debate will be on three topics, which may change depending on major news developments, they will be "America`s Direction", "achieving prosperity" and "securing America". These were selected by Lester Holt, NBC News presenter and moderator for this first debate.
