Delaware is the secondest smallest state in the US in terms of terroritory, only behind Rhode Island.
It is considered to be a "safe" state for Clinton and the democrats, having voted for this party during the last 6 presidential elections and currenting polling showing them with a massive advantage here.
The population as of 2007 was estimated at a mere 865,764 people and a total of 3 electoral votes are available here.
