Without doubt one of the most highly anticipated moments in any presidential campaign are the debates.
This year the debates are expected to attract record numbers of viewers due mainly to controversial businessman Donald Trump, who has ruffled more than than a few feathers with his statements about illegal immigration and islamic terrorism.
The first debate will take place September 26 and will be televised on all the major networks.
The format that the debate will take will be six 15 minute sections with subjects chosen by the moderator, therefore the total duration of the debate will be 90 minutes.
The debate will take place at Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y.
